i have not met the other trainers, but i bet they are also good.
wahehehehe.. accuracy.. amf.. mao jud na ako sayop pirmi.. bwahahahaha!!!
basta she sucks!
ace training is just to prepaire you for the phone, hence, whatever you do in ace, will stay in ace... what i mean is if you failed ace assessment exercises, tests, etc, it wont matter, but its being reviewed by management right now. group of agents and qa trainers are quite concern with the site's failure in meeting a requirement determined by a specific area in a survey... and that is, ease of understanding with the agent who handled the call... so please dont be too relax... if you've heard that teletech is the easiest call center to get into and with a very relaxing environment.. sori, but we're sure to change that...Originally Posted by circuit_explosion
we are also suggesting extended ace training, say 15 days. ace is only a week, which is not enough... but still, it will depend on a person's initiative.. if he's so serious about being a good agent, 2 days of ace will fit him right in.
@ newbieforum: She sucks? Really? That's good! Does she spit or swallow? If she swallows, give me her number.
ur so right bro.. and besides... even if trainers are considered new, they should know they're job the moment they step inside the training room. its not a reason for new ace trainers to not know what to do and how to handle a class.. how exactly did they get the job in the first place? now TA is in question for accepting these type of people..Originally Posted by newbieforum
@dsl7locbslo: guy has a right to his principles. basing on his statement, i say that he has initiative.. makes him different from other agents..
Thats right! Just do your job well and dont mind the others. Just let management do the rest.Originally Posted by ds7locbslo
If that's what you're trying to say then that holds true with other professions including janitors, engineers, web designers, supervisors and even agents. That means call center agents must know what to do the moment that they were hired. Some agents doen't know what they are getting into thats why they resign immediately. Tsk! Tsk! Im not really impressed with newbieforum. The only thing that I like in him is that he made a comment about his trainer. I'm sure it is already relayed to the upper management or from the trainer concerned. If you consider yourself to be a tenured employee in the call center industry, then why are you still down there? I mean, why are you still an agent? Why do you have to repeat another communications training? Does that mean that your communication skills did not improve? Tsk! Tsk!
