@ newbieforum: I would suggest that you should give her time. If i'm not mistaken, she just started this week. There's always a first time. I'm sure you dont know everything when you were still starting as an agent. Just don't rely on your trainer. You must also strive on your own. I think you should not be expecting that your trainer will feed you with everything. You just have to fill-in those gaps. If you think the class is dry and boring, be the life of the group. Crack jokes once in a while while you are having your training.

Tenured trainers? I think there is only one tenured trainer in ACE. The rest are still considered new.

You did not sit-in our class so you do not know what is happening. How dare you say I am expecting her to feed me everything!
Expectations were not set. They should have told us that she's new so that we can adjust our expectations. Correct me if I'm
wrong but I think it is SOP that a tenured trainer should sit in class if a new trainer handles a class.
