    OK, what about the Suns?

Any team that is outscored 27-9 in the fourth quarter at home—as the Suns were by the Mavericks on Sunday—should not be booking rooms in Boston or Detroit for the first weekend in June. The Suns have played well enough lately to give their fans hope that the Shaquille O’Neal trade will work. The Suns also have had enough stretches like Sunday’s—when they were shut out for the better part of the last quarter—to keep us doubters doubting.
How about the Suns limiting the Spurs to only 11 points in the fourth quarter?

Any team that is outscored 24-11 in the fourth quarter at home--as the Spurs were by the Suns just recently--should not be booking rooms in Boston or Detroit for the first weekend in June.

That's something that Stan McNeal should be thinking about. Obviously, the Shaq trade has been working for the Suns and he's just in denial thinking (or trying to make others think) that it doesn't and won't work. Phoenix made a 13-0 run in the fourth quarter to take the game away and that's not good for the Spurs who are playing their playoffs type basketball lately.

Stan McNeal is eating his own words now. I won't be surprised if he won't write anything negative about the Suns for quite sometime or until the Suns lose again. . Steve Kerr is not the Suns GM for nothing and he knows what to do with the Suns more than anybody else.

A 4th quarter rally by the Suns humble the Spurs earlier. The Spurs defense were good enough to limit the Suns scoring below 100 points which is a 120+ team. but the Spurs offense didn't give them some smooth flow forcing Coach Popovich to bench his core players.

One of the highlights is when Duncan been dunked on by Amare which is a common things to happen between the two on the floor. Duncan don't care about dunking and being dunked on anyway.

So, for the meantime i salute the Suns 4th quarter rally. Duncan miss-after-miss shots give the Suns momentum offensively.

Again, Stoudamire whines a lot against Bowen.

    not surprising.
