    Hmmm...
You have around 150 to 200k but little time for a business...
Ergo, you need to find people with no money and lots of time to make the money grow for you...

I would suggest you become a venture capitalist. Look for other people who want to start their own business but don't have the capital for it. Lend them the money in exchange for a percentage of their profits over the years. It's a win-win situation for you both.

Of course, you have to do background check and go over their business proposals.

Or you could get into the food industry with an industrial partner. In other words, you provide the capital and they provide the time and expertise. Agin, win-win.

    Good luck!

for daily income, i highly recommend a pharmacy.Â* i presume that is hard-earned money so don't invest it in some firm, scheme partnership, MLM etc. because you are not "hands on" and the risk is too high, it's simply not worth it.Â* be an entrepreneur, nothing beats hard work and traditional business. investing is okay as long as it's an "extra" fund.

BTW, I know a person who quit his lending business and concentrated on E-Load.Â* His rationale?Â* Higher profit/interest, lower overhead and it's paid cash so lesser headaches. makes sense right? a good location is the key.

Hi there, this is a nice topic. Let me share my experience....

It started out with a dream that someday i will be more successfull than what my parents, relatives and friends i would later on become in the future. I never liked the idea that i would someday end up just like most people nowadays. And so i dared into starting up my own company, which is into Software Development, ready to face the uncertainties ahead. But then i had nothing to start with.

So i started on a small-scale freelancing. Once i got enough money to rent an office and hire employees, i grabbed the chance. The first few months were great!!! First company client pa lang, i hit my first half-a-million income. Traveling around the country to the offices of my clients, all expenses paid by client, enjoying my very first taste of the lifestyle of an entrepreneur. But little did i know that there were alot of skills and lessons to be learned. Hard-headed as i was, I ignored the opportunity for growth. Suddenly, things werent going well as planned. Corporate problems started to arise and I can feel that my dream was slowly falling apart because of corporate politics. Employees were slowly leaving the company with pending and on-going projects for clients. Then suddenly I realized that its been 4 months already that the company hasnt made money. And so I started to loan money from everywhere i can find. Everybody who knew what I was into kept on telling me to quit. QUIT!!!? i said. I just had to keep on going and going and going.... just like the energizer bunny. And for the first time in my life, i felt like quitting, like giving up on everything i worked hard for. But then, there just isnt any other option to achieve all the things i want in life but in business. And so i worked my ass off for several sleepless nights just to pay off a debt of 400T because of 8 months of no income.

Then one day, I met a new friend. A very successfull entrepreneur in different industries. Explaining to me that life is as easy and as hard as it gets. He said that i needed to change and so i did. Until I accepted the fact that i needed to grow internally did i experience a change in my situation. I read personal development books and listened to inspirational audio books provided by this friend of mine. Then little by little things started to turn around to my advantage. And now as a changed man, i still keep on developing my differently internal dimensions to make me a wholelistically successfull individual.

If there's only one thing i could only keep in mind. It was that my dreams were more important than my problems and struggles. Literally, my dreams were the only ones that kept me going.

Now, i am a consultant of large-scaled multinational companies in terms of their system automations. And now building my empire to work with in achieving the dreams i've always wanted as a child.

I hope i've inspired you guys to go for your goals...

    God Bless =)
