The 9p.m. Curfew - Effective or Not? Suggest places that should have Curfews

I heard in the news that they will be implementing curfews not with just one barangay. I really find this effective to keep the eyes of our youth on what they see outside during night time. Perhaps, this may curve crime rates in the future. But this should be implemented not just months but for years.

My fellow istoryans, suggest places where there should be curfews. Along with this will be your comment on curfews.
