costing (minimum) without sponsorship money:

stage = 10k
basic sounds and lights set up with gen-set = 80k
band TF (local bands) = 50k
other guest TF (local) = 50k
prizes/awards for games and competitions = 100k
miscellaneous = 50k
food and drinks for the entire production crew, staff, bands, guests = 50k
venue rental = 50k
security = 10k

total would be at least 450k : more or less 500k would be safe (not very sure though)

if tickets would be at p200, we need atleast 2500 paying attendance to breakeven (500k).

we can maximize profit if we exclusively sell food and drinks inside
strictly implement corkage.
