Are you sure you want this? This has PAL/SECAM tuner. This won't work in the Philippines, or you need converter on this. 

But you can use the HDTV, DVI and the rest except the analog tuner. If you wont mind the analog input coz it wont work here.

You mean SkyCable? nope. It won't, cause we use NTSC, not PAL/SECAM.
PAL/SECAM mostly used in Europe, but not in the Philippines. Even in US, it wont work.
But you can use it as LCD for your computer or if you want, you can subscribe from a Sattellite Provider to pick-up HD Signal. I am connected with Dish Network HD. I don't know if DreamTV has a HD signal already
