    Nice man pd nang jogging.. ang swimming kay maexerice nmo ang imo tanan body... but both execise kay good sa lungs pd.

    yep ang swimming whole body and dli ma bunog im knees sa swimming unlike sa running.. mas delikado sa injury

    nindot ang swimming pero dili lang tanan naay access sa pools..hassle kaayo bayad kada swim..unlike jogging nga bisan asa pwede ra mudagan..

    ..pero nindot jud porma sa lwas sa swimmers

    Abellana National School and i think on going pa ilang enrollment for swimming and they are always available for private tutors of all ages...Just look for coach Tonit or Coach Uwy coz they are the best instructors in A.N.S....

    wui guys and gals... i need a place to swim... i dont like beach kay i know ill spend a lot for transportation.. i want to get slim na before my bday ... hehehe... anyway, i was thinking of abellana. pwd ba dra? atot wui! i was actually thinking swimming as my exercise instead of going in a gym. so, what you guys think and suggest?i need help!
