bay..speaking of programming courses..the best schools would be those that are given the Center of Excellence for Information Technology by CHED...
Here in Cebu..those schools would be UP Visayas and Cebu Institute of Technology..
d parehas anang ubang skul nga cge lang ingun cla kuno number 1 when it comes to computer courses..nya sa pagpanawat pa lang gani nlia og students ang kwarta na ang gi.agad dli ang quality sa isa ka student..
SORI ha kung naay ma.offend pero ang ACT lang gud, wla jud na klaro kay inig pa enroll lang daan sa students pwede cla mka pa.enroll daun nga way bayad or exam nga i.take nya ive heard pa jud na mabayran kuno ang mga teachers dha...
d sad kay one sided ko pero ang sa CIT gud kay grabeh ka lisod pasaron dha kay grabe ang cut.off nila sa mga students nya strict au ang mga teachers..walang sinasanto..d pwede mag relax2x dha..daghan ko mga kaila nga nag skul og computer related nga kors dha CIT and parehas jud cla tanan..nag igit2x sa kalisod...hehehehe...peace!!!!!!!
