swimming instructor urgently needed
Does anyone know where it is possible to get swimming lessons at a sports center in Cebu apart from Holiday spa?
My g/f needs to be able to swim 200m by the end of April in order to be able to complete her "Open Water" scuba certification
Due to one bad experience with a male instructor she would prefer a female instructor

Try Sacred Heart Center they will start swimming class after the holy week. one thing good if you start as early as possible is the pool water is still fresh, kay gamay paman ang mga nagswimming lesson. it is semi-indoor pool too so dli kau init for kids to enjoy even 11-12 noon

swimming is good exercise
As a swimmer i recommend that swimming is a nice exercise for this summer... it relaxes our body and good exercise for our lungs... especially for those who have asthma and other lung problems...
