no. that happens every now and then after the fall of Marcos. the people and the system have not fully recovered from the trauma of the 20 years of abusive Marcos regime. we're like an emotionally disturbed person with an abused childhood, unstable. so let's not judge that person as we see him today, we can fully understand him if we try to look into his past.
