Also Godaddy shut down a tech networking site without notifying the site owner after one its users was posting Myspace passwords. Myspace contacted GD to shutdown the website, it was shutdown minutes after the call. GD heeded with Myspace call without due process and proper investigation.

I admit i still have some of my domains with Godaddy. But my new registrations are now with other registrars.

I never had any issue with godaddy, and I have registered MANY domains there.
