i was in handuraw last week. i saw some of the short films. i was so amazed with the 8-minute film called "haunted". it really caught my attention. during the entire film everyone at handuraw were silent with all eyes glued to the screen, i think even the waitresses were staring at the movie. it was made well. i'm so amazed that locals can also make films like that, with a very interesting plot and very cool effects and stuff.
and by the way, i wasn't there for the movies. i didn't know sinebuano was the main event. my purpose was to check out missing filemon. hehe....

STORY: an improv film about a student who got pushed by poverty.. he makes an alliance with the Student GOV prexy, Press Chief editor, working students and the fraternities (who are greedy and in need of some CUT).. to fake his death.. and get the money!

i got LOU as our school president and Student affairs (greedy holes!) to play that role...
