hi guys... i do hav a plan to take glutathione suplements like LUCIDA DS
do i hav to ask my doctor about it ?
wats ur opinion?
is it safe?

i asked my doc and she gave me a go signal. She said its safe even if i had my contraceptive injection or pills. But i dont recommend that brand IMHO bec it has extenders on it (ASSAY TEST shows it has rice bran)- checked other girl forums bout this info and the price is not reasonable due to a lots of celebrities endorsing the product.... its not even effect for me lang ha? hiyangan ra man pod ang mga supplements sis.... it may be effective sa imo but not 4 me.
