eyestrain or nagmuscle spasm imo eye esp. if you're exposed to tedious visual task like aftr reading or computer work mo-occur..if cge balik2 better yet paeyecheck nlang to be sure.

i just had my checkup. my doctor told me it's myokmia (i'm not sure with the spelling). mild ra man ni nga kurog. if mukurog i.press lng daw for a few seconds. i'm also taking vit b..polynerv.

muscle spasm na bro. combination na sa kuwang tulog ug too much strain sa eyes (reading too much then hilam-os). usually it lasts a day or two. rest ra ug enough sleep tambal ana (unless lahi na siya nga case).
