    hi..im planning to start up a small lending business sad..karun nag gather lang sa kog information para ma weigh nako ang pros and cons..i have a question..if ang atm ang collateral..unsaun nimo pag distribute sa sobra sa kwarta sa mga tao..for example wala kay office. kung mo adto man gud sa company sa mga tao..basi ma timan an unya ba..unya kuyaw sa hold up..then kung sa imo sad balay,basig adto sad ka ma hold up sa balay..do u have any suggestions on the safest way or bisag less risk lang to distribute the money,..?

    documentary requirements:

    for employed:
    - photocopy of latest ITR with bir stamp or form 2316 (w2)
    - photocopy of valid ID w/ picture & signature (company id, passport, driver's license, tin/sss/gsis or pag-ibig or other government-issued ID)
    - any one of the following: original cert of employment with compensation, issued within the last 3 months or photocopy of latest full month pay slip.
    - Original (for HSBC) or photocopy (for BDO) of latest whole-month payslips (bale 2 if payslips are issued twice monthly)

    for self-employed:
    - photocopy of latest full year itr with bir stamp and audited financial statements with BIR stamp for the last 2 years and/or bank statements for the last 6 months.
    - photocopy of valid ID with picture and signature (co id, phil passport, driver's lic, tin/ss//gsis, etc)
    - photocopy of business papers: sole proprietorship: dti certificate of business registration partnerships: SEC registration and articles of partnership

    qualifications:

    - 21-60 (usually) 21-70 (BDO) upon loan maturity (bawasan mo ng loan term)
    - must be living within trading area (major cities and towns)
    - 2-year cumulative employment with current and previous employers.
    - gross monthly income 10K for bdo and hsbc metro cebu resident; 14k for hsbc all other areas resident
    - have any 2 of the following: residence phone, office phone, cell phone.

    interest rate formula:

    [(loan amount * interest * term) + (loan amount)] / term

    for example for a loan amount of 100k and payment term of, say, 24 months Chinatrust 1.49% interest

    [(100k * 0.0149 * 24) + 200k] / 24 = 9823.33 per month for 24 months

    banks available:
    Standard Chartered, PSBank, HSBC, RCBC, Planters Bank, Chinatrust, and BDO

    hi ms. pinksari puede ka apply ug credit card? am working abroad, Singapore-based company. i was planning last year to apply ug credit but dont have time muadto sa mga banks to apply kay my holiday vacation is only one month/less so where man ko muadto if ever mu apply? thanks in advance.. merrry christmas!!!

    ang style ana bro, with collateral, let say, baro syag 500, bilin iya cellphone, borrow syag 5000, bilin valuables, borrow syag 500,000 bilin ang title ,sayon kaau paminawn

    i need a cash loan about 120k.... please advice unsa buhaton kanang dili maabtan ug 1 month ang approval if ever ma approve.
