nag expect gyud ko ug improvements sa 2.20 update pero personally, existing lang gihapon akong mga issues labi na sa video formats nga ma playback sa ps3. Tanan nako DivX/WMVHD rips mo play man sa akong 360 without problems as well as h.264's , pero ang ps3 pili-an kaayo. I guess i'll just have to stick with it as a BluRay player only.
Compared sa Online/Live experience -Layo ra kaayo ang PSN labi na sa communication side. like COD4, dili ko ka join sa existing games nga gidula-an sa akong friends, but i can only invite-, i have to quit the game to send them messages-, labad.

re: ps eye- dark, tell me sa imo experience, paspas? as of karon xbox live cam akong gamit sa ps3 as camera, ok ra man pud.
re: COD4 New maps- Gi palabi na sa Activision ang Xbox kay ang ila gali resolution sa PS3 kay 720p ra nya 1080p sa xbox- dako kaayo ug difference sa akong tv labi na kung sniper ka

I don't actually play videos except for Blu-ray and downloadable clips on my PS3 so I don't have an idea on that issue. Heheh.

Ya, PSN is actually inferior to XBL as of now. I'm not complaining 'coz its free and in-game xmb is coming already. Heheh.

COD4 is actually running at 1024x600. So, like darkwing said, all graphics are upscaled only. I don't know how will the map resolution affect the game if the actual game itself is even running on standard HD resolution.

hey guys, im planning to buy a ps3 and an lcd monitor for the pc. plano naku ang monitor lang ako gamiton for the ps3. im looking into getting the samsung 2232BW. The problem is, i can't find any hdmi-dvi cables sa mga malls diri. any suggestions?

I'm not mistaken Vendetta was able to buy one at SmartDrive (SM). You might want to check it out. In his case, he bought a 22" HP LCD (Forgot the model) at Accent Micro. It already has a free HDMI-DVI cable included. So he ended up with 2 cables. You might want to check the 2232BW if it has a free cable. If not, you might want to check on the shop I stated above. ^_^

i think i saw that monitor too... is it HP W2207H? Kanang pwede nimo ma horizontal or vertical position iya monitor? yeah im also considering that model. ill go to SM and ask if it comes with the cable. thnx a bunch... cant wait to get my hands on that sexy ps3 thing lolz...

re: resulotion- dako kaayo ug difference sa akong tv ang cod4 between xbox ug ps3‚ both on hdmi ~ mo output ang ps3 1280×720, means 1080i {upscaled} or 720p pero ang xbox is 1920×1080 ~ 1080p ‚ pero kung dili full hd imong tv it doesnt matter.

Download divX converter, make sure pilia ang HD, then it will play nicely na sa PS3.

edge- Thanks. - tried that 1080p profile already and yep it's ok but 3 hours almost in my quadcore for a full movie. (not worth the time) . I just want some of my OLD collection(porn- ) to play. What i want is my H.264's, all of my H.264's don't play but plays well in my 360, archos 605 and Zune80.

dark- dili lagi sa ako mo 1080p (COD4), i wish i can show shots sa difference, labi na kung du-ol ka sa tv.

i dunno sa name jud sa store but kanang naa sa maze sa ayala or sa kanang sa new expansion nila just infront sony (hehe dili kaau ko particular ug store names) nways, ive been saving all my hard earned dough para ps3... i want to play it on a nice monitor para ma take advantage sad iyang HD feature...
