    Default Vinegar Side Effects


    My mother-in-law always blame vinegar kung naa dili maayo mahitabo. Like there's one time nga naglain akong tiyan. I kept on telling her na tungod sa kadaghan sa akong gikaon why misakit. But she really insisted nga tungod sa suka nga akong gisawsawan ang sala. Another instance is when she cooked beef. Ana siya, makapagahi daw jud ug karne ang suka. Pero sa akong pagkabalo, gahi jud ang beef kung wala una gi-lat-an.

    Naglibog ko woi. Can someone tell me kung tama ba akong ugangan pag-blame sa suka, especially sa gahi nga beef. Sa mga culinary experts, please enlighten. Hilig man gud ko suka, pero kabalo ko i should limit using vinegar. Pero dili pud ko gusto nga dili na lang jud mugamit ug suka.

    Calling the experts, help. unsa man jud side effects sa suka sa food and sa taw. Matsalams.

    i always use vinegar as tenderizer for the beef when making bistek. ganahan sad ko sa smell sa beef inig maluto na cya kung vinegar ako gamit instead of kalamansi

    dili ko kasabot ngano makagahi cya ug karne

    suwayi daw

    find out for yourself. lahi ra gyud na ikaw musulay. or di ba search sa internet ug mga scientific explanations sa kung makagahi ba ug karne o dili ang suka.

    pero beef is a really tough meat gyud...

    just saw a tv show last sunday. vinegar cafe is now a fad in Korea. they have all sorts of vinegar -apple, persimmon, and also vinegar flavored with mountain herbs. they mix it with fruit juice or else like a shake. they even use it as a face mask to beautify themselves.

    naa diay side effect? just ur not allowed to take this if youre hu\ngry bcoz its acidic
