err i doubt your 10 yrs old but pagUmangkon sa ako bayaw is 12 yrs old highblood coz of high cholesterol, yaw kumpyansa na bata pa ka hehehe. anyway, kung sa study so stiff sya try other position pgTuon, higda ibutang sa kisami ang notes, makatulog ka hahaha. relax sad from time to time.
