bitch adrienne relax lang. i agree with you that if you don't have faith in the candidate dili nalang mo vote. kalas-kalas lang ink, ballots ug utok. hehehe.

but the CIT SSG governments power eminates from the CIT students. so kung dili majority sa mga students and mo butar meaning wala gyuy authority ang CIT SSG nga mo represent sa mga students.

sorry ha pero I think ang kanang passive attitude sa mga student can be partly blamed on the ssg officers. because it is part of your job to inform the students of their right. so if the students don't know what their right is . . . dili lang pud sila magpaka-bana. i don't know if i'm right, but I believe that even 'some' of the ssg officers don't know what they're supposed to do because they are not aware of the ssg constitution. so how can you expect the students to be active participants in their government? na-a gani sa SSG constitution (article xiv sec. 16) na dapat hatagan ug copy sa ssg constitution ang mga 'new' students. as far as i know wala na ninyo gui-buhat. unya ang wala ninyo pagbuhat ana pwede mo ma suspend or expelled sa inyo office (article xi sec 2). you can't also expect the students to go to the ssg or sa library para mobasa lang sa constitution kay lagi inyo nang trabajo nga pahibaw-un ang istudyante ana.

I think it is really illogical and imature for someone to tell those who criticize them to run against them, and 'change the system' when at first it was them who thought that the system is too rigid for them. you can't go telling people nga, 'sige kamo nalay buhat ana', because it was not us who asked you to run. it was you who decided to run in the first place and decided to take up the challenge. now, because you realize you cannot do the job, you are asking other people to clean your mess? dili ba binata ka-ayo?

the ssg stands as the object of Maturity, the object of power of the students, the medium of the students' voice, and lastly the object of decency! its not dat i dnt hav faith in dem, its like dis...4 almst 3 yrs of my residnce here in cit i happen nt to see dus essential elements of wat a student body should be.... mebe some offcials exercise it but nt all jst admit it. remember these pips run 2b 'servants' & not 2 b masters, 2 uphold the students welfare at all times, 2 protect us students in our basic ryts and lastly 2 do beneficial endeavor to d studnt body.

Leave it to d candidates of this batch on what they can do by the time they assume the position. For now, all u can do is to choose the right candidate(s) whom u think they can do the responsibilities that u are trying to explain. If you have friends running a position, the best thing that u can contribute is to advise some concerns that did not realized in the past administration. It is normal that there are negative comments on the candidates, but after the election, dapat wala na untay dautay kay its proven already kung kinsa ang gusto sa student body. Para naa unta improvements sa SSG concerning sa ilang mga activities and responsibilities wala na untay gi tawag na opposition, wat i mean is to support the goal of the administration. Para na sab makita na development.
