@butitoy, thats what im saying, you can educate your client and you should have told them that before installing Deep Freeze make sure you have updated your AV and anti-Spyware, scan and make sure its clean before installing Deep Freeze.
im having a cafe and i always inform my customers if they want to wirite/save some documents informed us so that they will saved their work on the shared folder on the server where theres no Deep Freeze installed. fyi... my wife is running the cafe and she is a MedTech no background in computers, i would say we never had a computer infected by virus/trojan or customers trying to change our settings, etc except for hardware failures. it saved us a lot of headaches and troubles not to mention money. the only downside is the time to thawed the computers and install the necessary updates but its worthed.
the bottomline here is we have to use our common sense. Yup this software is not for noob and noob keep on blaming this software just simply they dont do it the right way.
