As long as they'll make it to the playoffs, the Spurs will just be fine. Standings won't matter much for them.

Bruce Bowen will be Bruce Bowen. . Chris Paul is the latest victim in his ever growing list.hehe. He's got Vince Carter, Ray Allen, Kobe Bryant, Steve Francis, Steve Nash, and Amare Stoudemire to name a few. And who can't forget his flying kick to Wally Szczerbiak.hehehe

He should change his name to Bruise Bowen or Bruce Lee Bowen.

Houston is now the number 1 seeded team in the West after defeating the Los Angeles Lakers. The Rockets took advantage Pau Gasol's absence to win their 22nd straight game.

Big game by Rafer Alston, 8/11 3-point FGs.

Denver defeated Seattle, 168-116. Denver scored 48 points in the first quarter, 36 in the second, 43 in the third, and 41 in the fourth. 8 Nuggets scored in double digits while 5 scored at least 19 points. Carmelo Anthony led the Nuggets with 26 points, followed by Allen Iverson with 24, Kenyon Martin with 23, and JR Smith and Chucky Atkins with 19 points apiece, both coming off the bench.

    The Nuggets hit 60.4% FGs (61/101), 51.6% 3-pt FGs (16/31), and 85.7% FTs (30/35).

The Nuggets 168 point output was the highest since the Phoenix Suns defeated the New Jersey Nets 161-157 in double overtime last season. The standing record for most points scored in a single game is held by the Detroit Pistons who scored 186 points in an overtime game against no other than the Denver Nuggets who scored 184. Until now, the Detroit-Denver game holds the most points combined for a single game at 370.

Denver is starting to reclaim their reputation as one of the NBA's highest scoring teams. It's worth noting that the Denver Nuggets is the only team in the NBA who managed to score at least in all of it's games in a single season. They also hold the record for most consecutive 100 point games at 136 games.
