a lot of people are obsess bout dieting... i know its kinda' alarming when u step on the weighing scale then find out that u gain more than what u expect..
don't just lay down and cry..go out and kick off those FATS..
go in the gym or else have some brisk walk or jog in an oval it helps u a lot esp. for ur cardio endurance.
eat the right amount of food...don't skip ur meals and stay fit..
