Download Google toolbar. If in 1 month wala pa ma index imo site then maybe blacklisted ka. Or kung greyed out imo Page Rank sa Google toolbar. Dili nimo siya ma click.
Reasons why blacklisted imo sites:
Keyword stuffing in the meta tag
Keyword stuffing sa body of your page
Linking to unrelevant sites
doorway pages
use of cloaking
using small fonts to trick the SE
