If one cares to observe, the nature of our website is more into general information although we will be putting articles later on, the ones we have have, I could say is not enough yet since, quoting from oon, we are newly hatched, we just launch last May 30, so eventually we will have those. Events featured in our website are given to us by the organizers themselves, We dont place event articles without the consent of its organizers or related parties.

Pictures that we have are given by the establishments themselves through brochures and etc.. since we did take time to go to them, send out letters of intent and some we take photos personally, so orignality is of no concern to us as far as information about cebu is concern.

Since the issue of the entertainment section, well its true, those are syndicated informations from other website, but we never fail to ask permission from the original owner of the content. Besides, those criticized issue is not our main content so if original or not, does not matter much. The focus of our movie is the movie schedules which are sent to us personally by the cinemas such as ayala, sm and etc. and not just copied from newspapers or other medias where they can be found. Other entertainment info is just an add-on.

The issue on which is better PERL of PHP is of no significance in this topic I think.

Let me reiterate, and requote, we are just new hatched , so I guess expect far greater website in the couple of months or maybe weeks.

And by the way, contents in our website, unless quoted as original or with details of the submitter are legally obtained by our research and development team. We took time to visit DOT, government agencies and commissions and the likes, bars, restaurants, hotels and etc. places that is being place and or featured in our website. Although we dont present it in an article format, brief and concise description will do.

what if you guys help each other improve your services, anyways helping the locals and tourist are your main objectives. Rivalry won't do good. There's too much rivalry going on in our planet. Help each other to help "promote" the city. Besides, Two sites are greater that one. Show what makes your site and the other site distinct & unique like post links from wayblima.com to cebucentral.com and vice versa.

Exactly, thats why in my previous post, I stated that this thread is not necessary and whats best is for us to help each other and do as what our websites intends to do and not resort into bickering.

I as well believe both of our sites have its own strength as well as specialty so why not focus on it rather than each other.
