    mao ba? eat and rest ra jud diay noh?

    how long is sufficient sleep diay

    my usual sleeping span is 6 hours..... pero ug naa buhaton..... 4 hours or less jud...... i drink cofee to avoid the sleepiness.......

    unsa man sad diay ang saktong gidaghanon sa pagakon? gamay ra man jud ko ug kaon..... okey ra ba nga bisan puno na ang imong tiyan........ imo pugson imo kaugalingon japun sa pagpakaon?.........

    how bout water takein....... pila man sad ka liters ang sakto........

    maayo unta that you can kindly answer these qustions of mine.......

    2 liters/day, pero ingon ako opismate maka slim man daw na kay sige sad ka balikbalik cr para mangihi (>10x a day) Pero manindot imo skin ang layo ka sa sakit

    @robearthFX...no, yaw pugsa ang imong kaugalingon...gluttony na ng mokaon ka bisan busog naka.....kaon lang kung gigutom ka....sala man sad ng magpalabi ka ug kaon...yooh..suck d fifo...inum ug daghan vitamins aron mogana imong kaon..yooh..pac te cum dude!!!

    sleeping very late is very bad... mao jud nay makadaut
    for adults cguro 6-8 hrs is enuf...
    dili na makatambok ang tubig, but 8 glasses a day would help rehydrate your body, mga 2 liters cguro na...

    nya hibaw ka, naa koy kaila nga pwerteng dauta sauna... but now he's one of the gym instructors for a
    premier gym here in cebu, iya lawas mura incredible hulk karun, ang iya ignon nako...

    "sauna dong... katong dili pa uso kanang mga supplements ug unsa pa ang naa karun
    ang akong supplement kay... usa kasipi nga saging ug enervon kada-adlaw...
    nya tan-awa ako lawas, diba mao rang resultaha?"


    EGGS! yes! itlog! one of my gym instructor friend said, if you eat a dozen eggs a day?
    guaranteed you'll gain some weight! ayaw lang kaona apil ang egg yolks, about 4 egg yolks will do.

    sayon ra pagpatambok uy, kaona chicaron kada adlaw pamahaw, udto ug panihapon syaro! kundili pa jud gani wa nako labot ana sakto ka sa tambag! hehehehe

    parehas diay ta ug problem yeahn03! right now i force myself to eat 3 or more cups of rice... then mo snacks ko ug bahaw... so far, la pa man sad ko ni tambok... basin mag supplements... or parasites sa tiyan...

    but you mentioned about food supplements and vitamins...... unsa man nga food supplements...... sa una..... i am taking vitamin C...... pero mura wala man effect...... ni take sad ko sa una ug iron..... pero wala man japun........

    Eat more and more. Healthy diet as possible. High carb, high protein with enough Vitamins and Minerals. Regular Exercise... and REST!!! ayaw usa pag problema ana'ng uyab2x!!! hahaha!!!

    xcercise, then eat more on carbo. and tulog sad pag maayo... tan-awon nato d ba ka mo dako.
