how activate SMTP service and FTP service in XAMPP?

Hi! Good Day everyone! Does anyone knows how set up and activate SMTP service and FTP service in XAMPP? Can u help me plz...

I think there are Mercury Mail and FileZilla FTP Server already included in the Xampp package. You can just run those and you'll already have SMTP and FTP services running on your local machine. If you want to test it LIVE on the internet, I think you must have a static or public IP address.
