hahaha but i don't like emeril lagasse. can't stand watching him. makes my blood boil. hahahahaha

i agree with that. we cant jump to high positions just because we have the honors/diploma. we should get some experience first before going there. experience is always important. theories can only go for so long

Emeril is just another example of an OVERKILL CHEF popularized by TV . I made him an example though of how the CULINARY WORLD works conventionally .
