inside i got disconnected often, but outside, sa coffee shop, the wifi is great.
OT: Like the OP said, no comments, just locations of free Wi-Fi hotspots.. We really need a stick of this and someone to maintain it.
Maybe the OP could list all the locations down and edit the first post. that way the it would be easy to glance.. (Like the cellphone thread @ gizmo.)

bitaw bai, mas nindot e edit ang first page nya elista ang free lang nga hot spots, ayaw lang ng mangita username ug password kay kapoy na pangutana.
Kung naa mo wifi modem diha share sad ninyo, e limit lang ang bandwidth.
Mas maayo ang cebu ma fully free wifi hot spot.
