Is he competitive in the National level? With your credits posted about him,maybe. But he's just another ordinary politician from Manila nga ang gi huna2 kay ang Manila lang. Tan.awa, more than 50% of the National Budget naa tanan nka funding sa Manila!!! Sakto ba na?
