Has anybody tried directly connecting the line to another router + DSL modem other than the DSL modem provided by Globelines?
If so, what configuration changes would be needed?
(I'm trying to figure out if I could have the Globelines service connected to my router + DSL modem without turning on a dedicated computer to "share" the connection.)

in terms of connection, ok kaayo akong globe broadband but what i dont like bout globe is they dont have game servers like pldt play. i mean, for gamers, that would come as a plus! and right now, 1995 php for PLDT is already 512k. thats one step higher than globe. im having plans of switching thought but still im confused. have to make sure that PLDT can guarantee me the speed that their advertising. Oh, the only prob with my dsl was the billing. if you scroll down to the earlier posts i made on this thread, you'll see what i mean. Good luck sa inyo broadband!
