I saw a book didto sa powerbooks entitled 50's Ads basically the book is a series starting from the 20's down to the 80's (i don't know if 80's ra kutob) I checked the price sa powerbooks the book, especially the 50's edition costs 4.800php or something in that range but when i checked the same book sa Cagnaan Bookstore it costs a staggering 2.500php!!!!!!!! !!!!! grabe ang bitad sa powerbooks oi..although usa ra hinoon ka book pero grabe ang bitad..and medyo na turned off ko sa mga sales ladies..imagine i asked them "Miss, naa moi mga Golden Books series for children?" to my surprise wla sila kabaw ana..grabe sad! and as usual daghan kagaw na books especially sa art section i mean c'mon can't they find really nice books! they should check out amazon.com sa oi and rate the books that they'll put in their shelves kai langawon..well it's either nahurot na cguro ang mga nice ones pero they should stock well i was expecting to see any ART OF..books from walt disney im willing to cough up 3k+ for those wonderful books pero wla!! somehow dissapointing especially for people who wants to buy specialty books..hahai

i got a good deal sa cagnaan. the owner was friendly. very nice.

mulang as in!..i saw a book about the whole history of china and its people it's a hardbound book with very shiny paper and medyo baga and daghan color illustrations and pics..and normally you'd say this book might cost 2500php above pero grabe i checked the price..again it's a whopping 1,300 something ..tsk tsk..grabe i could've bought the book on the spot kaso la ko money ato na time..probably nahalin na to cguro ron..hehe!!
but the thing that I like the most about sa Cagnaan is that kabaw jd sila sa psyche sa mga book buyers kai sa ilahang display naa jd na silay usa ka opened version sa ilhang selection so pwede ka maka scan sa book and if you want to buy it naai pd sealed nga version sa book and they have comfortable sofas to scan the books..panagsa ra kaayo ni sa mga bookstore dri sa cebu even powerbooks sa cebu don't have this very commendable trait.

im not in any way connected sa cagnaan i don't have any relatives nor friends akoa ra ning mga pagdayeg sa mentioned bookstore..although nice pd bya ang powerbooks kai dako silag range sa mga genres pero still most of it are kagaw..pero im still thankful nga nag open ghapon silag outlet dri sa cebu..i wish them the best of luck.

i want to buy that poetry book by Ronald Baytan. i was there the other day. i saw an opend copy of ang Ladlad and started reading its short stories and poems. i barely notice the time, i mus hav been staying there for more than an hour.
