mga bro safe ra ning paypal? naa mn gud ko nacheck nga site www.paypalsucks.com. ilang mga negative comments about paypal.

As the saying goes, you can't please everybody. But as far as I am concerned, paypal is quite okay. It wouldn't be dominant if it wasn't safe.
But when buying online, I prefer to use a credit card directly if allowed. As contesting trasactions with a credit card is pretty easy, just call your issuing bank and initiate a chargeback.
Paypal also has this feature, but in my opinion its quite cumbersome. Bottom line, when your the buyer its pretty much safe. When the position is reversed, burden of proof lies on you.

I have a Unionbank Eon account card, how do I put funds in paypal using that Unionbank Eon card so I can pay somebody outside? Please help.

i think what he means is that once you pay with paypal, mo check dayon ang paypal sa imong eon if naa unod.
