moving between hosts should not affect page rank ranking in anyway provided that the site is never down. It takes at most two days for the DNS info to propagate, so keep the information on the old account for a few days until DNS propation is complete.

and I make a sitemap for these its very important.
you can also visit some website offering a free sitemap generator for your website.

I keep changing the content sa ako website pero so far wala man ko kita ug problem sa ranking.

Dako imo modification sa imong website? Yes, possible gyud nga mu change/retain ang pagerank if imo ichange imong content. But don't think nga it'll drop ug dako.

cge sad nko ug mag pa butang ug links everytime i submit,
then ang ako lang kay magka daghan ang links na akong ebutang sa akong
page. Is it ok if dili lang nko e butang? do i need to create some page for the links?

I think those directories you've submitted your site to are the ones that only accepts reciprocal linking. Meaning, you should also put their link to your site. Bro, if you want to get approved to directories like these you should put their link on your site like in a links page.

Some say reciprocal linking is not so ok strategy right now. (just read it somewhere though).
I don't submit to directories like those, I always submit to directories or sites where I can get one way links. One way links meaning other sites linking to you. And you are not linking to them. Gives you better ranking on search engines especially Google.
