try reinstalling it. required man cguro ang photshop cs3 ug winxp SP2. install lang pud ni.

if problem persists...u might wanna go to

C:\Documents and Settings\< your profile name>\Application Data\Adobe\

rename Adobe Photoshop CS3 to xAdobe Photoshop CS3, sometimes the problem lies within PS' settings, PS will automatically reconstruct its settings after that...gudluck
