How much should a website be priced?

With all the web development companies sprouting all over Cebu plus the unending supply of talented freelance web developers offering their services, how much should a decent website be charged?

Let say:

1. A basic website (static)

2. Dynamic Website

3. Dynamic with Content Management System

4. Website with CMS and other expanded features (like online travel booking system, online inventory system, shopping cart, payment facility) :mrgreen:

All suggestions and posts very much appreciated.

I do not think there is a standard fee but all the posts you give will help me get a rough idea what price bracket to use, what metrics, what basis to use for pricing.

You don't have to answer all, just what you know. No mentioning of company names please.
