    1) She stole it from Erap (unconstitutionally)
    2) She cheated in the last elections (teaming with Garcillano)

    Iya jud na gituyo pag appoint si Garcillano just in the nick of time..
    doul na ang elections ato.. para lang makatikas siya..
    bagag nawong pahawa!
    1] she did not steal it from erap, it was given to her as VP. erap was a big ***** and idiot. he did not share his blessings thus chavit squealed and what triggered it all was the voting of the opposition senators NOT to open the envelope. even their tactics are bulok!

    2] If GMA cheated, PROVE it! Don't resort to chismis, mud slinging and propaganda. those are the only things the opposition are good at. dummies till the end.

    appointing Garcillano is what you call political strategy my friend. it is perfectly "legal" because it is a presidential appointed position just like the DOJ and justices. that is not GMA's fault. that is one of the perks and privileges of being president. so hate the game not the player. since i sense that you are very "idealistic", then you might wanna have that provision in the constitution ratified someday, be my guest. if it were the opposition in the power and they would do the same, then it's perfectly okay. All's fair!

    ^^that is why the opposition would not oust GMA in a legal way coz they can't benefit from it..they just resort to a shame/demolition campaign to move the people to revolt..MAKALULUOY!

    presidential appointment is granted to help her to do the work properly... not helping her to become president through cheating... It's the player who abuses the system... Gigamit hinoon niya for personal interest. And you call that perfectly okay?

    @PRO-GMAs

    gi-suwayan ninyo og tan-aw kong tinuod ba ang conversation? or you inyo gi dismiss diretso kay gikan sa opposition? sa ingon pa ni LytSlpr kong si Davide ang mo sulti mo too siya... but kong mo sulti si Davide ma usab ba ang sulod sa tape?
    Listen to the tape... not on the person who is endorsing the tape.

    Are you really for the truth? dayon ngano gi diretso man ninyo og basura ang conversation?

    whether the conversation is true or not, we can't do anymore about it..we have to move -on bcoz we have a FRAGILE ECONOMY....if u think that this government oficials are doing things that are detrimental to our economic and moral growth then FILE APPROPRIATE CHARGES IN COURT!!..dili kay mag cgi bagul-bol!!!

    no offense sir! but up to now you just don't get it, do you? it is not about what you know or what is the truth, it's what you can prove. technically, they can't prove it aside from the fact that it is inadmissible in court. don't be such a boyscout, so to speak. eveybody is playing it, thing is GMA "probably" was almost caught. do you get it now? do be honest with you i don't give a rat's ass if it was really GMA coz that won't do all of ud any good. WHY? again, because they can't prove it and if they can, GMA won't be liable and it's hard to react on mere hearsay. i think we are not on the same level here.

    it's not about who's endorsing it. that's just one aspect. who's making noise now? ONLY THE OPPOSITION ...and why are they making noise? are you going to try to tell me that only the opposition have brains? there is a "wiser" reason why genuinely good people are still silent about the tape. what do you think is that reason?

    at the end of the day, everything is all good.

    Let's say GMA was really the person on the tape? What will you or can do about it? Please answer this question or anybody here for the opposition. I'm really curious and the thrill is killing me...

    @tolstoi: ako iya pasabot bai.

    @LytSlpr: Ang imo uban gi ingon nga good people are asking Gloria to speak up.

    Honestly ako ra jud mabuhat kay mag bagolbol, what else a regular person do? I'm not like you who have enough resources to support rallies...

    You just don't get it do you? mao bai nga naglagot ko ga huna2x nga ang election gibinoangan. Mao ra na panahona bai nga ang ako tingog kay madungog, now kong para nimo ok ra na iyang gibuhat. well for me it's not! Nakadungog na ta sa una pa ana ila binuhatan... karon nga naa nay possibleng ebidensiya ato lang palagpason? Kay tungod sa rason nga nagkalisod atong ekonomiya... Mao nagka letse2x ni atong ekonomiya tungod aning mga tikasang dagko!!!

    It's clear to me now... you don't hate the deed, you hate the player. You don't want to know the truth because it is GMA.

    Now please answer my question... What's GMA's business talking to a commissioner panahon sa election?

Her victory was, at the very least, plausible. I have said this time and again. But it is precisely for that reason that I believe that it’s everyone’s duty to listen to the tapes, and, having listened to them, ask some tough questions both of the President, and of themselves. The issue of the tape requires consistency of those who take pride in Edsa I and Edsa II; and it demands that those who supported, or support her, make a deliberate effort not to blind themselves to reality.

    That reality is that the tape is there, and that the government, instead of seeking out the truth, has tried to ignore it, and even suppress the efforts of those who want to inquire into the circumstances surrounding that tape. The reality is that, setting aside the ambitions of the political opposition and other groups trying to use the tape for partisan purposes, the behavior of the government at present constitutes a betrayal of the President’s supporters.

    OK , speaking of intelligence kuno regarding wiretapping and bugging phone conversations ..... 2 points :

    - you need an approval of it from the judge to expeite the operation . Is there a legit approval for it ?

    - you need hours literally ( could be days ) of debugging to prove someones voice positive . How long is the tape conversation and how many scenarios ?

    I therefore conclude that the voice in the tape is still not 100 % PGMA's but of some tactics made by the opposition to oust her . If indeed that was her then the opposition was behind it because what is the motive if of the people responsible for wiretapping the conversation other than being puppets of the opposing team ? Hehehehe ..... ari na lang ko sa TIKASAN kaysa sa CHISMOSO ug CHISMOSA !!
