It's Mee Goreng in Singapore and it's a famous dish here. 'Mee' menas noodle and 'Goreng' means fried. You can do a google of that name if you wanna see what it looks like and how it is made. Basically it's just like pancit canton but it's really spicy. Malaysian or Indian Mee Goreng differs only in the ingredients they add, but their common denominator is, both are really cooked spicy hot, and of course it tastes good. ^_^
