it must be blocked from the router, some cafe owners hate people watching online movies coz it eats up most of the bandwidth, imagine 15 people mag watch so for sure kamang connection unless ur at 2MB DSL lines...
and youtube, crunchyroll veoh and etc mao na mortal enemy sa mga hardcore online gamers, maka lag worst ma level down pa character kay namatay na diay hehehehehe
Mao ba? A net cafe near here also has the same problem. Now I know why I can't watch ******* there. Nyahahahaha!
hahahahahaahha ssssshh... ******* anyone? nyahahahaha
uhmmm... ahaks sad nimo bro. uie.. ur one of the avid viewers d.i anang yP..
heheheheh......
so.. unsa-un man nah bro. pra mka access nah sa youtube...?
unsay angay kuri-kuri-un..
hehehe
thnx.. daan...
you can also try using web content control sa imong internet security nga software if configuring sa router lisod, mao na ang easiest way to block unwanted sites, just include youtube sa blacklisted nga site sa imong software then dili na na nila ma open. hope that helps

I think the issue here is not to block youtube but to give access to it in i-net cafe. A friend of mine suggested, you should have consulted the cafe owner or ang tigbantay about the problem. Tingale gituyo gyud diay nga giblock ang youtube diha coz mokaon daw ug bandwidth as neugent said.Originally Posted by zantetsuken

Yes, that is true. most cafe's now blocked traffic from youtube. They can easily do this if they are the software or perhaps on the router? (not sure about this one.)
Second, you tube requires the Flash Macromedia Plugin to play. If this was not previously installed, you can't watch YouTube or any other sites that uses this to stream their videos.
