8 of Chicago's players scored in double digits but weren't enough to save the Bulls against the depleted New Jersey Nets. Regarding Keith Van Horn, who was included in the deal that sent Jason Kidd to the Dallas Mavericks, he will probably will not play in any game for the Nets.

Chris Paul on the other hand spoiled Kidd's debut in Dallas and gave the prized veteran a dose of his own medicine. Chris Paul was just a steal short for a triple-double after finishing with 31 points, 11 assists, and 9 steals to lead the Western conference leading New Orleans Hornets to a 104-93 win over the Mavericks. Kidd, currently the NBA's leader in triple-doubles, finished with 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in his first game back in Dallas.

Not bad for a serious MVP contender.

Mike Bibby and the Hawks are still playing against the Sacramento Kings while Shaq and the Suns are still up against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Lakeshow wins again...in prolly one of the best games of the year Mamba with 41, Pau with 29 and Odom with 22. 130-124. Very very nice game although I also like the suns.

    What killed the Suns:

    1. Bench. There was a stretch in Q4 where the bench was toe to toe with Suns starters...that bought enough time fior the Lakers starters to rest. The Machine with 15 pts
    2. Pau and Kobe their tag team in the dying minutes wrapped up the game. Kobe slashes and dishes off to Pau. If that was Kwame freakin Brown...sos miss or turnover to.

Now that was without Andrew....ambot na lang kaha if naa.

Not a grand welcome for Kidd and Shaq after all.

Despite the loss, one thing that really stood out for the Suns during that game was their rebounding. Shaq, Amare Stoudemire, and Grant Hill had a total of 34 rebounds, even enough to outrebound the whole Lakers team who grabbed only 33 boards. Clearly Shaq really made a difference.
