sleep and deep relaxation are different I recommend deep relaxation..it is done usually by meditators before doing meditation I tried it before
whenever I'm on a tight deadline I should give atleast 15mins meditation prior to that is a 5mins deep relaxation..even if I will just take 3hrs sleeping
my feeling was still ok..

yes that's absolutely correct!....working in a callcenter, you would later succumb to the things that would degenerate your health so it would be best to enroll in a fitness club. just do cardio exercise, i would say this would prevent that from happening since u will increase ur endurance in a day 2 day activity and remember u dont need to even lift weights if u want to.... take multivitamins as well...Originally Posted by ms_triquetra_franzy
