Money Wire Transfer Problems! HELP!! PLEASE!!

Here's the situation, I wanted to purchase an item online (Japan Based Site).. Unfortunately I dont have any Credit Cards..
The only choice I have is to wire transfer the payment DIRECTLY to they're Bank account..

I asked Western Union and they said they could only transfer funds, person to person.
I asked BPI and still they could only process BPI-BPI transactions..
I'm having trouble figuring out how would it be possible..

How can I transfer funds or even send Directly to a Bank Account, specifically in JAPAN?

Anyone here could help me in this matter, I would really appreciate it..

Go to your bank with their account information.

If whomever you are transferring funds to is trustworthy enough and have the capabilities to withdraw the funds from your account, all you would need to do is give them your bank routing number and your account number. Both can be found on your checks or bank booklets.
