ako since i was a child until now.... daghan nako experience about the unseen things that has been around with us and that can't be seen only if you have a third eye... Bless lang tingali ko to have this... But when I was a child i was afraid kay wala ko much knowledge ug daghan nga mga pangutana nako nga di matubag before... But at the present, bisan pirmi pa magpakita nako ang mga patay/white lady/kapre/duwende o mga evil spirits, ok ra.... usahay kataw an nalang nako sila.... Bisan diri sa amo haws, naay daghan...... 1 time gikan ko sa amua cr, pag gwas nako, nilabang ang white lady in front of me ug wala ko nahadlok.... imagine 8 in the morning... gi babagan ko ug nipaso tungod nako.... naganahan pa gani ko nag tan aw sa iya gown nga white..... ni comment paman gani ko niya ug "sayoha ni paso ahhh!!!" 1 lang na sa mga gatusan nako nga mga experience.

I hope this helps blinkslasher bai. This is only my general understanding of the matter.

We are spirit, soul, and body. The spirit is in the soul and the soul is in the body.

Interpreting Freud:

superego = conscience = feeling or "voice" warning of wrongdoings <- spirit (diving spark)
ego ~ conscious mind <- soul (actual person)
id = material drives <- body (complexly organized matter)

I believe what is referred to as the divine spark (of God) is the spirit (felt, at least initially, as a tiny dot or "day star" inside the heart). The soul resembles the body, in direct analogy to it, and "wears" it using (or interfaced with) the nervous system (since science only sees the nervous system, it attributes the mind completely to it).

Who we really are: the conscious, thinking, and willing part of us is the soul itself. It is the recepient to both inputs from spirit and body. The struggle of a soul resident in a body would be to choose between the spirit (divine) or the impulses of the flesh (material). However, the soul can only act in it's own sphere (soul or astral world) or though the body (material world) if resident in one. This way, the spirit remains pure (as a rule, with at least one exception). Since it is the soul that actually thinks, feels, and wills to act, it bears the responsibility for all its thoughts, feelings, and actions. This can be is reflected by a soul's "dating" (with some disguise or pretension possible, to a certain degree).

The third eye, I prefer to call the second sight, is the direct sight of the soul (not of the spirit). Since spirits are contained in souls, it is souls or soul beings that are generally seen. Unlike materials bodies that don't apparently change with a change in a person's character (can't generally recognize good and evil persons from their bodies alone), souls, on the other hand, generally reflect the real nature of their being according to their character (apparently with some modifications or "disguise" possible to a certain extent). Perhaps the reason for this is that while the nature of the material world is more on quantities, the soul (or astral) world is more on qualities. Souls so attuned to their spirit are spirit-like (virtually pure spirits), and may be invisible to the third eye or second sight (unless they want you to see them).

There is a higher sight, that of the spirit itself, I prefer to call the third sight. Since the spirit is directly of God, its nature is divine. Its faculty of sight resembles the omniscience of God. Hence, a soul that awakens to its spirit (i.e. becomes of the spirit), and is very attuned to it, is able to see with it, in a similar way that it is able to see with a body while in one. I believe the spiritual vision is what is referred to as enlightenment or descent of the Holy Spirit (also Nirvana, Satori, attunement to the Tao, and so on). This faculty of seeing is different from that of the soul (or third eye) in that it is direct cognition (penetrates everything) and, at the same time, an awareness that encompasses a very large area (depending on how awakened one is), i.e. a mini-omniscience.

Not only does the soul resemble the body, the soul or astral world resembles the material world. Perhaps the reason for this is that the one who actually sees is the soul itself, even if it is looking through the material eyes of the body it is resident in. Hence, it forms images in the same way whether it is perceiving the material world or the soul (astral) world.

Regarding your experience, I don't know what the motive was (do you happen to have practiced evocation?), but I agree with your disagreeing with his invitation. I think you were being tricked, in a way I consider brazen (sa makalusot lang), in contrast to subtly tempting you regularly, because he knows you can see him. I noticed you only saw a circle and not the one who helped you (at least one "spirit" or soul very attuned to the spirit, already invisible to the third eye, most likely an angel) while he was being banished.

I believe this event happened for a reason, to show you who the real God and true source of everything is. :mrgreen:
