seems like spidy's been shelved meantime as the actors seemed to have lost their interest after a disappointing 3rd installment.

again it was because of too many character developments in 1-2 hour movie same as in the x-men series. unfortunately the x-men origins: wolverine myt suffer the same coz they r introducing silverfox, sabretooth, gambit, deadpool and a cgi blob (according to screenrant.com). i agree with screenrant that they give deadpool and gambit their own movies or just give them cameos in this one rather than some major/minor roles.

well cant prefer marvel over dc coz both were significant graphic storytellers who took wise advantage of their fandom by investing into movies. i even also like to give special mention to dark horse and image (and i think probably top cow) for bringing into the movies their characters llike spawn, the mask, etc.

dc seems to be on the right track by introducing their characters one at a time rather than a smorgasboard like x-men which seems to be writer's nightmare. However, they are also currently investing on a similar mode thru the justice league movie but instead of getting the orginal actors like Bale & Brouth, they have to settle for less known actors since they cannot afford their fees along with the actors for the rest of the movie. Unlike in Marvel, their planned Avengers movie will star their original actors like the guy in Iron Man and the coming Hulk (BTW it will be a reset from the Ang Lee version, it will not be Hulk 2).

wow nice news lagi na, avengers would be a great movie to watch. mas nice gyud unta kung ila introduce si Gambit and deadpool with their own movie before ma introduce sa "x-men origins: Wolverine" like what they are doing with hulk, punisher, spidy and ironman. pero I believe na mas prefer sa mga comics reader na daghan characters as much as possible kay mas lingaw. also, ma tiguwang na lang ta di pa nila mahuman shoot kung tagsa2x nila introduce mga chars. at least before i will lost interest with this kind of stuff ill be able to watch them in big screen.

i mostly prefer marvel comics over dc pero for the movies, i'd rate batman begins over any other marvel movie (including spiderman). daghan na sad medyo flop/bati na movies from marvel like blade, punisher, elektra, ghostrider,hulk,etc
