Look... if you never said it.... you would say... "I never said that" but if you say... "I dont remember"... ur not affirming or denying it.

Why cant he just deny it outright if its not true

Lozada seems hesitant to name names coz its not easy for him to hit those business people.. but he can't resist when Lacson is driving him..
