What is the real deal ? The 7 man team has their own version and Rey Torres has his own .

- 7 Man team arrested him in Zamboanga and shot him in the leg to distabilized him and successfully arrested him .

- Rey Torres said he did not give a fight / shootout and he surrendered peacefully and still got shot . He claimed that he only commited the robbery when he was arrested and he is not responsible for the other 15 that was charged against him . His wife also said that she bailed him out and not Tongol as reported earlier by the media .

We need to ponder on this :

- DUmpit was part of the 7 man team and we all know him how he handles sityuations like these .

- A .45 caliber pistol surfaced out reported from Torres but then he said that he did not fire anything . He needs to be subjected to a ballistic test .

- A lot of robberies was implicated him but chances are , in my own opinion , he is not involved with it . Another fall guy of the law enforcements ?

The most CONTROVERSIAL ISSUE I find from the news :

- COPS needs to be promoted and awarded because of the arrest of TORRES ? So if walay PROMOTION and AWARDS , di pod sila mo lihok ? Can they just do their job according to the MISSION STATEMENT they signed during the oathtaking when becoming cops ?

no less than the employees of east west bank, a pawnshop, a clinic, identified that it was Torres jud ang nitulis nila.

the warrant of arrest for Torres came out only last week though i dont know why.

According sa news bai noh ..... it was DUMPIT and another PO2 cop who was engage in the shootout with Torres thats why Torres got hit in the leg because maybe ga atubang ? Sharpshooter ra man si DUmpit if gatalikod ang kontra hehehe sarcastic yet true na bai .

I agree with COMMENDATION pero that is totally different from PROMOTION and MONETARY AWARDS . A rookie cop can handle that job also if given the proper training and equipment and again , proper briefing of the subject .
