yes, thats why as ive said, it depends on how you handle it 'professionally'. my pc here in my room can monitor 87 workstations in WAN and LAN, but i swear to God, I wont and never lurk or disrespect the privacy of the clients, so as i have no interest in doing it either. mainly for maintenance and server daily monitoring purposes unless, as ive said, the client is requesting for an aid beyond the staff's capability(but the staff shall ask permission first to the client if he/she for the remote assistance). if you are professional enough to administer such business operation, you wont and never do it. it 'must' be a part of your business administering etiquette.
nah, dont treat the 'pc' term literally. its a generic handle appeared in the late 1962, and it means broad nowadays that can described to a desktop computer or a laptop computer, or might be to IBM.
