legal ba na nga ang mga i-cafe puede mokuha ang server ug screenshot sa desktop sa ilang mga users. o mag-install ug VNC sa tanan pc sa usa ka i-cafe?

dili ako ang internet cafe, pero nakagamit ko ug internet cafe na may naka-install na VNC Software. Makita sa server ang imong gipang-buhat, like mag-email ka or mag-chat. para nako dili man unta ni angay. wala na ta nila hatagi ug privacy.

cafesuite has desktop screenshot feature. handycafe has realtime streaming. most of the well-known internet cafe management software have this feature for administering purposes.

have installed virtual network but i highly respect the privacy of the clients(as well as i have no interest lurking into them as my strict business bearing) for they are the most asset in the business that is why the sole purposes of it are for maintenance and "server" monitoring only of wherever i may be in the world, "unless", they are requesting for an aid beyond the attendant's/operator's handling capability.

so to answer that, it depends on how you handle it professionally.
