Dude, the only way for you to work legally here in the US is that you must have a working visa which is H1B.. if you plan come here using your B1 visa that's fine but if you will start working here even you are waiting for your H1B to be approved it's not advisable because literally it is illegal.

What I can suggest to your situation is go ahead and sign up with your Chicago employer to sponsor your H1B visa now (it will take 1 year of waiting anyway) of course they know that it will take that long and then the cap this year is expected to have another lottery so you still have 50-50% chances until you are confirmed with USCIS papers... also while waiting for your current employer contract to complete unless you did sign up for 2year contract.

The H3 visa is a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign nationals to enter the U.S. to receive training in a U.S. company.That would diffcult if his curernt employer don't have any plans for him to be send for any training.. or if his current company don't have any US office counterpart for the training.

I am undergoing this process right now. An H-1B visa holder can bring a nanny or personal domestic employee if it can be justified by the employer's income and the need of bringing a nanny or personal domestic employee, such as being a single parent expat or both spouses are petitioned workers.

HAd a friend named Jovil villaverde, she used to work as system adminitrator sa ML group of Companies, nakalarga siya through technocrest, ok ra man daw ila work, 2001 sya nga batch, springfield, colorado sya nag wrk, minimum ila rate but they could have ask for more considering nga they are in the IT field......pero lately naa koy nabalitaan nga nag file sila ug case......ok ra pod oi, H1B man sad iya visa.....ok ra sad siguro to siya didto oi, kay di man sad ma reach ang utok adto, imagine auditor sa ML for eight yrs then promote System administrator......

I was their employee since 2005 to 200?. Yes most of the stories here are true for the most part. But the problem is rooted when people planning to come here expect great things right away and on Technocrest part they do not brief you on things to expect on arriving to the US. For some people inspite of all the hardship that they endure Technocrest is a blessing. But for some it is truly a disaster. In my case when the company(Technocrest) closed, I was one of the few that was retained and was transfered to another sister company of theirs. I worked their first as a Dell/IBM service guy and then was transfered to Hughes Satellite Tech Support. Things got better for me after the transfer becuase my rate increased. The company closed on the middle of 2006 after some of the employees sued Technocrest. It is true that you feel being taken advantaged my the company but the feeling is often numbed due to the fact that all your friends there happen to be your co worker and at the same time have the same situation like yourself. But now, looking back to the experiences that I had with them put a smile to my face and a little bit of anger inside. I am now an Green Card holder here in the US. And to be fair with Technocrest, there is no chance for me to come here on my own without them and so on that part I am thankful that they existed once upon a time. I came here single and do not have friends and relatives to help me here. Just on my own and with Gods help I was able to conquer the hardships thrown at me. Sometimes I feel ashamed during the time I was still employed by them when people at home finds out what is happening to us here. To end my short story I want to answer this Question: Will you recomend a friend to come here through Technocrest if Technocrest still exist to this day?
Answer: It depends. If you are married and have children then, NO don't come here it will be a disaster. But if you are single and wanting a long term stay and plans to marry somebody here and settle down then it is all worth it even if you have to face all the hardship that is rumored here.

TSI is only good as a stepping stone in landing in the so called land of milk and honey, but once you're with them, goodluck! They don't care. All they want is money, exploitation, their advancement and for their own family. For their own greed and cruelty.
