Only if he is on 3.80M33 and not any other CFW... I assume he's still on CFW below 3.90M333...

Many bugs have been reported by the patch. The most common of which is the absence of audio, video and graphic files from appearing in the xmb.

Uhhmmm.. Kinsa diri kaning 3.71 m33-4 ang firmware?? Naa unta ko ask ninyo bah... kaning, maka dagan japon siya ug psx eboot? kay when I try googling it bah naa man daghan feedback na di na daw siya ka tarong dagan ug mga psx eboots. I'm currently using 3.71 m33-2 as of the moment but my FF8 eboot just keeps on freezing and I so want to finish this darn game waheheheeh... So, I was thinking maybe updating to m33-4 will resolve the problem. Opinions sa mga psp owners running on m33-4 would be very much appreciated

Popsloader will allow you to run psx ebbots on old firmwares right?? I've just read somewhere that some psx games run so much better on older firmwares. So, if you have the latest firmware and that particular psx game that you are playing will run so much better on old firmwares, the pops loader will help you do that, right?? Well, at least that's what I've read wahehehe...

welcome bro with your new psp...hope u cud join sa gathering sa da vinci tonight for more insights sa psp...

anyways, IMO lang, all psps are qualified for the registration for japan account for their psn as long as one is able to register in the japan site...it wont necessarily identify if your psp came from japan or another place... as long as you can read and understand the items they want you to provide upon registering then you are all good to go....
